Terms of Sale

ONLINE STORE TERMS

The owner of the online store PIKUPUU.EE (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Väljaotsa Konsultatsioonid OÜ (registration code 12364836), located in Uus-Väljaotsa, Saku vald, Harjumaa.

Validity of the Sales Contract, Product, and Price Information

These terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for the delivery of goods is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.

The delivery fee for the goods depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order.

Information about the product is provided directly next to the product in the online store.

Ordering

To order a product, add the desired items to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and choose a suitable method of product delivery. Then, the screen will display the amount to be paid, which can be securely paid through the following payment methods:

Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay

NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to press the "Return to the merchant" button on the bank's page.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The contract becomes effective upon the receipt of the payment amount to the online store's bank account.

Väljaotsa Konsultatsioonid OÜ is the data controller for personal data, and Väljaotsa Konsultatsioonid OÜ transmits the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to the end of the product or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity, and the paid money (including the delivery costs of the goods) will be refunded immediately but no later than within 14 days from the dispatch of the notice.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia

The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the relevant price information is displayed when placing the order. Products can be ordered to DPD parcel lockers and parcel shops, Omniva parcel lockers, Itella SmartPOST parcel lockers, and by courier to the selected address.

The main transport partners are: Itella Estonia OÜ, Eesti Post AS, and DPD Eesti AS.

Shipments are sent the next day.

Shipments generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2-3 business days from the effective date of the sales contract. In exceptional cases, the right is reserved to deliver the goods up to 15 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

NB! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal. According to § 53 subsection 4 of the Law of Obligations Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to a contract that concerns personalized products. For example, named, with a picture or logo products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered product must not be used in any other way than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product in the same way it would be permitted to test the product in a physical store.

If the product has been used for purposes other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, or if there are signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the product.

To return the product, the buyer must submit a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase of the product, which must be sent to the e-mail address info@pikupuu.ee within 14 days of receiving the product.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the product within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or provide evidence that they have handed over the product to the carrier within the same period.

The online store will refund the buyer immediately upon receipt of the returned product, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. The online store may refuse to make refunds until the product that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that the product has been returned, depending on which occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest regular delivery offered by the online store, the online store is not required to reimburse the consumer for the additional cost that exceeds the cost related to the regular delivery method.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the online store has been significantly marked down due to a mistake.

Submitting a Complaint

The online store is responsible for the non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract, which already existed at the time of delivery of the item and which occurs within two years from the delivery of the item to the buyer. Within the first six months of delivering the item to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the responsibility of the online store.

The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months of the defect becoming apparent by sending an e-mail to info@pikupuu.ee or calling +372 550 2750.

The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the online store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.

The online store responds to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that allows written reproduction within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The online store forwards personal data to transport service providers for the purpose of delivering the goods.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints about the online store, these must be sent to the e-mail address info@pikupuu.ee or by calling +372 550 2750.

If the buyer and the online store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee
